Evan received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania in 1984 and his law degree from the College of William & Mary in 1987. Evan is widely recognized as one of the leading Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Specials Needs attorneys in Virginia, DC, and Maryland, and one of foremost experts in the Country in the field of Medicaid Asset Protection and related Trusts. A native of Northern Virginia, Evan enjoys spending quality time with his wonderful wife, Jeannie (who is also the firm’s Director of Client Services), their children and grandson, and their menagerie of furry critters.  Living on the Potomac River in Fairfax County’s Mason Neck, they of course enjoy boating and watersports.  They also enjoy Eagle-watching, as they live next to the largest Bald Eagle Sanctuary in the country. Evan is also a Reiki Master and is the founder of the non-profit ROSE (Reiki Outreach Services for Elders), whose mission is to bring the gentle healing power of Reiki to Elders in Senior Centers and Senior Living Communities.
