Thea grew up in Northern Vermont, but moved to the DMV in 2022 to attend college. In 2025, she graduated from American University with a BA in Communications, Legal Studies, Economics, and Government. Prior to joining Farr Law Firm in 2026, Thea worked in the U.S. Senate, DC Office of Police Complaints, and the Vermont Secretary of State’s Office. After experiencing the complexities of elder care and estate law within her own family, Thea developed a strong commitment to supporting families through thoughtful, compassionate estate and elder planning. In her free time, Thea enjoys reading, listening to music, and exploring DC.
