Jim has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant since 1994 and a tax attorney since 2004, and is licensed to practice law in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Jim has his own legal and accounting practice and became “Of Counsel” to the Farr Law Firm in early 2023.
