When you schedule an initial consultation with an attorney at the Farr Law Firm, we block out 90 minutes on the attorney’s calendar for your appointment. If you don’t show up for your scheduled appointment, or if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, then we have lost the opportunity to assist you and we have lost the opportunity to assist another potential client. In order to limit this risk, if you miss your scheduled initial consultation without giving us at least 24 hours’ notice, and later wish to reschedule, you will not be entitled to schedule another initial consultation; rather, you must pay a non-refundable flat fee of $500 in advance to reschedule your initial appointment. If you do wind up retaining our firm for legal services beyond Level 1 Planning, we will apply this $500 fee to our flat fee.
