"After speaking with several attorneys in the Lynchburg / Roanoke Virginia area who advertised themselves as Elder law planning 'specialists' I was advised there was no way to recover approximately $120,000 advanced via loans over several years for the care of my Grandmother. Meet one of our many satisfied clients: W.T. came to us at the Farr Law Firm as a concerned and loving husband.  His wife had recently suffered a stroke and was in a nursing home facility.  On top of that, W.T. had recently made the transition from his home to a retirement community.  In his words, "it was a nightmare scenario."
